Greater STL Rentals is a property management company in Saint Charles. We are looking for a turnover contractor to be our “go to” contractor for all our turnovers. These are rehab projects (mostly small and quick) for when a tenant moves out of a house and getting it ready for the next tenant. The ideal crew would be two members. We currently are managing over 200 properties and our intention is to grow this to around 1,000 properties over the next several years.
Greater STL Rentals is a part of the larger FasterHouse family of companies. FasterHouse is a fast-paced, growing, real estate investment company in St. Charles. The family of companies include flipping and wholesaling houses, hard money lending, property management, investor education and a traditional real estate brokerage.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Doing the scope of work that the maintenance director assigns. Typical items include:
- Painting
- Flooring (usually LVT or Vinyl plank)
- Inspection items
- Minor plumbing
- Minor electrical
- Minor landscaping
- Handyman work
- Bathroom updates
- Kitchen updates
- Completing the Vendor Turnover Checklist
- Etc.
Required skills:
- Possess a wide variety of house maintenance and rehabbing knowledge
- Ability to communicate well
- Some technical skills required to use our property management software
Required qualifications:
- Must have a vehicle to drive to drive to job sites and good tools.
- Must have or be willing to get general liability insurance and worker’s comp
